The facilities were impeccably clean, from our spacious suite to the communal areas and the wellness area. The location of the hotel is perfect for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, with a variety of trails accessible by cable car or chair lift. the surrounding views are stunning, and the hotel features a comfortable and clean swimming pool to relax in after a long day of exploring. the breakfast offers plenty of diverse options, and the friendly staff provides great service.
The hotel's kitchen facilities are limited, with oversized pots and pans making cooking difficult on the narrow 2-burner hob.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was diverse and there was enough available for everyone. We also appreciated the value add from the visitor card, which provided extra discounts in the tax-free shopping area and free use of the cable cars. the location of the hotel was perfect, a bit away from the town center, but not too far.
We were a bit annoyed by the limited kitchen utensils in our suite, which made cooking a bit challenging. We also found the lack of laundry service surprising and inconvenient, as it was not mentioned on the hotel's website.
